Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Aasia’s, we want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our returns and exchanges policy below:
- Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items.
- How to Return or Exchange:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at via Instagram/ Snapchat / TikTok within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Our team will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
- Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- For exchanges, shipping fees for the new item will apply.
- Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return policy, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will process the exchange once the original item is returned and inspected.
- If the desired item is out of stock, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- If we have any reason to believe that the item has been worn, a refund will be refused. We politely ask you do not wear perfume or make-up when trying on your garments!
